Molly Barletta

Molly Barletta is the Missouri Planning & Environmental Team Leader at Garver, a position held since February 2024. With over two decades of experience in planning and environmental roles, Molly previously led the NEPA and Planning Team at Kaskaskia Engineering Group, LLC from February 2013 to January 2024, where responsibilities included mentoring team members, overseeing NEPA projects, and developing business relationships. Molly's earlier roles include Senior Military/Environmental Planner at Parsons and Associate Transportation Planner at CH2M HILL, along with experience in various planning and environmental initiatives at Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc., and the East West Gateway Council of Governments. Molly holds an MBA from Fontbonne University and a Bachelor's degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from Iowa State University.
