Srinivasan J Rao

Srinivasan J Rao, currently serving as Vice President of the Defence & Fibre Division at Garware Technical Fibres Limited since April 2020, has extensive experience in sales and marketing within the textile industry. With a career beginning in 1985 at Bripranil Pvt Ltd, Srinivasan has held various leadership roles including Associate Vice President at Garware Wall Ropes Ltd, where responsibilities included domestic marketing and development of the defence business in technical textiles. Prior experience includes regional business development at Mahindra Logistics and corporate planning at Reliance Logistics Ltd. Education includes an MMM in Marketing from the University of Mumbai, a B.Com from the University of Madras, and a diploma in Man Made Textile Technology from SASMIRA.
