Program Management Team

The Program Management Team at Gary Comer Youth Center oversees the planning, implementation, and evaluation of various youth programs that promote academic success, enrichment, and college and career preparation. This team coordinates community engagement, manages special events, supports restorative justice initiatives, and leads Upward Bound and post-secondary efforts to ensure that the youth and families served have access to comprehensive resources and opportunities for holistic development.
