Chad Webley has over 17 years of experience in the construction industry, currently serving as a Project Manager and previously as a Project Engineer at Gary Merlino Construction Co since June 2006. Prior to that, Chad worked as a Field Engineer at Kiewit from June 2005 to June 2006. Chad holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Central Washington University.
