James McDaniel Jr

James McDaniel Jr. has extensive experience in procurement and transportation coordination. Currently serving as the Procurement Manager at the Gary Sanitary District since September 2010, James is responsible for developing procurement strategies for materials and services, overseeing inventory management, and negotiating contracts. Prior to this role, James held the position of Coordinator of Student Transportation at the Gary Community School Corporation from January 2007 to June 2010, where responsibilities included coordinating transportation for K-12 students. James holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Studies/Affairs from Indiana University Northwest, attained between 1971 and 1974.
