Mariko Hachiya

Mariko Hachiya is a seasoned professional in the hospitality and wine industry, currently serving as the Director of Operations and Interim Senior Director of Sales at Grgich Hills Estate Winery since September 2023. Prior to this role, Mariko worked as the General Manager at Gary's Wine & Marketplace from April 2021 to September 2023, and served in various capacities at Hillstone Restaurant Group for over 15 years, including Wine Director and General Manager, where oversight of a significant wine program and successful retail initiatives were accomplished. Mariko's experience also includes operational consulting for Max & Erma's and an internship that provided comprehensive training across restaurant functions. Mariko holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from Cornell University, earned in 2005.
