Tamika Mills

Tamika Mills, MSHRD, SHRM-CP has extensive work experience in human resources, makeup artistry, and retail management. Most recently, they served as the Human Resources Director at Gas Express LLC since June 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Human Resources Manager at Gax Express from January 2020 to June 2021. Tamika has also worked at SEPHORA, where they served as a Talent and Business Operations Manager from July 2018 to January 2020, and as a Specialist from March 2014 to January 2020. Before their career in HR, Tamika owned Tamika Carter Makeup Artistry/Cashmere Beauty from January 2007 to June 2019. In the beauty industry, they worked as a Freelance Makeup Artist for NARS Cosmetics from October 2013 to March 2014, and for both Laura Mercier Cosmetics and MAC Cosmetics from September 2013 to March 2014. Tamika also has experience in retail management, having served as a Retail Manager at MAC Cosmetics from July 2002 to April 2013, and as a Specialist at SEPHORA from July 2000 to May 2002.

Tamika Mills has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resources Development from Villanova University, which they obtained from 2017 to 2019. Tamika also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Mercer University - Stetson School of Business and Economics, earned from 2002 to 2005. In addition, they have an Esthetics degree in Skincare and makeup from the International School of Skin, Nailcare & Massage Therapy, obtained in 1999. Tamika Mills is also a Certified Professional by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP), with certification obtained in September 2019. Tamika has further obtained a Notary Public certification from the State of Georgia in February 2020.
