Aachal Thapa

Aachal Thapa has a diverse work experience, starting in 2015 as a Communications Manager at Girls In Tech - Nepal. In 2016, they worked as a Software QA Intern at The Innovia Group LLC. Aachal then moved on to Him Electronics pvt Ltd, where they served as a Senior Executive in Digital Marketing. In 2018, Aachal worked as a Research Assistant at George Mason University in the CARE Department. Aachal also worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant in the IDIA department at the same university between 2019 and 2021. In 2020, they became the Vice President of Nepali Women in Computing. Currently, Aachal is employed at GSTV as a Software Engineer, overseeing the development of various applications and services using Node.

Aachal Thapa has a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from George Mason University, which they obtained from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Information Technology from St. Xavier's College, Maitighar from 2012 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, Aachal has obtained several certifications including "Database Clinic: MongoDB," "Node.js Essential Training," and "Learning npm the Node Package Manager" from LinkedIn in 2021.
