Thilo Thunhorst

Thilo Thunhorst is an experienced project manager specializing in onshore pipeline projects with a focus on planning, routing, permitting, and environmental impact assessments. Since August 2010, Thilo has managed projects at GASCADE Gastransport GmbH, overseeing the permissions acquisition and compliance procedures for the South Stream Project. Prior to this, Thilo worked as a project engineer at WINGAS GmbH, providing documentation management and construction supervision for the OPAL Pipeline project. Thilo's earlier roles include founding Ökologische Gutachten, where skills in biological data collection and permitting documentation were developed, and working as a project engineer on various pipeline projects for multiple companies. Thilo holds a Diplom degree in Landschaftsökologie from Westfälische Wilhelms Universität Münster, attained in 2000.
