Sean O'Connor

Sean O'Connor is a highly experienced geologist and renewable energy system engineer with over two decades in the mining and energy sectors. Currently serving as a Contract Geologist at Gascoyne Resources Ltd since March 2016, Sean has a strong background in exploration drilling, core logging, and site supervision. Previously, Sean held roles at Hastings Technology Metals Ltd and Southern Cross Goldfields, focusing on exploration program supervision and geological mapping. As a Renewable Energy System Engineer at Moorilup Energy Research, Sean specializes in ultra-high performance mobile solar systems, having developed the PVT series to its second generation. Sean's educational background includes a Master's degree in Renewable Energy from Murdoch University and a Bachelor of Science in Geology/Geography from The University of Western Australia.
