Mika Myötyri

Mika Myötyri is an experienced professional in the gas market sector, currently serving as the Head of Market and Customers at Gasgrid Finland Oy since January 2020, with earlier roles as Manager and Development Manager, where responsibilities included developing the Finnish gas market and regional market models. Mika has contributed as a Gas Market Specialist at Gasgrid Finland and participated in various projects such as the Balticconnector and Finnish-Baltics gas market integration. In addition, Mika is involved with the World Energy Council in Finland as a Future Energy Leader, connecting young energy experts in the energy sector. Prior experience includes roles at Suomen Kaasunsiirtopalvelut Oy and Baltic Connector, as well as HR consulting at Barona Group Oy. Mika holds a Master’s degree in Energy Technology and Energy Economics from LUT University and a dual Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering and Business Economics from Technische Universität Graz.
