Thomas McGill is an experienced Project Manager and GIS Specialist at Gaskins Surveying & Engineering Co. since January 2019, and also serves as a Consultant for Springer Mountain Projects since July 2014. Previously, Thomas held positions at the US Army Corps of Engineers from October 2002 to May 2014 as a Research Civil Engineer and Research Geologist. Additional experience includes a role as GIS Coordinator at Philmont Scout Ranch in the summer of 2001 and as a Maintenance Engineering Co-op at Mead Paper from January 1997 to August 1999. Thomas holds a Master of Science in Geographic Information Systems from Johns Hopkins University (2014-2016) and a Bachelor of Science in Geological Engineering from the University of Mississippi (1998-2002).
