Nicholas Nieuwoudt

Nicholas Nieuwoudt has a diverse range of work experience in finance and accounting. Nicholas is currently working as the Head of Finance Operations at Gasrec since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Interim Group Financial Controller at Utility Warehouse from January 2021 to December 2021. Nicholas also served as the Head of Finance at ElectraLink Ltd. from February 2017 to November 2020. Other roles include Group Financial Controller at Southern Dental Ltd. from December 2015 to March 2016, Financial Controller at Leathams Ltd. from November 2012 to November 2015, and Financial Controller at Mitie from February 2009 to November 2012. Additionally, they have experience as a Financial Accountant at Wolseley from June 2008 to October 2008, Treasury and Financial Accountant at Platinum Africa International (Pty) Ltd from August 2006 to November 2007, and as a Contract Employee - Auditor/Accountant at Campbell & Co., CPAs, PLLC from January 2006 to July 2006. Nicholas began their career as an Auditor at Deloitte from January 2003 to December 2005.

Nicholas Nieuwoudt attended Stellenbosch University from 1999 to 2002, where they pursued a Bachelor of Accounting (Hons) degree in the field of Accounting and Finance. In December 2005, they obtained the Chartered Accountant CA(SA) certification from the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants.
