Rayza Caravia

Rayza Caravia is an accomplished professional in health informatics, currently serving as the Director of Health Informatics at Gastro Health since March 2018. Previously, Rayza held various leadership roles at Baptist Health South Florida from 2001 to 2017, including Director of Electronic Health Records, where responsibilities included overseeing operations at multiple hospital sites and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Rayza also managed Health Information Management teams, focusing on enhancing productivity and employee satisfaction, and successfully rehabilitated areas with high turnover rates. Rayza holds a Bachelor's degree in Health Services Administration from Barry University.
