Lara Kelley, MBA has over 20 years of experience in healthcare operations and finance. Lara began their career in 2000 as a Revenue Cycle Management Consultant, partnering with ophthalmology medical practices to optimize profitability. In 2001, they took on the role of Chief Practice Administrator at Retina and Vitreous Surgeons of Utah, and also became the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Kelley Plumbing & Heating Services, INC. In 2009, they took on the role of Director of Operations/Practice Administrator at Physician Group Western Division-Iasis Healthcare, and in 2015 they became the Chief Operating Officer at Granite Peaks Gastroenterology. In 2022, they began serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Gastroenterology of the Rockies. Throughout their career, they have championed organizational goals, cultivated a positive brand reputation, and shaped dynamic strategic growth plans.
