Navneet Buttar

Navneet Buttar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in federal advocacy and government affairs. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Federal Advocacy at PhRMA since May 2022, Navneet has held the role of Government and Political Affairs Manager at the American Gastroenterological Association since April 2013. In addition, Navneet has been the President of the North Carolina Society of Washington since January 2018. Earlier career roles include Legislative Affairs Assistant and involvement with RightNOW PAC as a member of the Events Committee, as well as serving on the Board of Young Professionals in Energy from January 2010 to April 2013. Navneet is an alumnus of the University of Richmond.
