Firas Alabassi

Firas Alabassi is an experienced engineering professional with a focus on kitchen equipment and electrical systems. Currently serving as a Kitchen Equipment MEP Engineer at Gastronomica ME since October 2023, Firas previously held the role of Project Engineer at Hydrotek Engineering Company from June 2019 to October 2023. Earlier experience includes positions as a Maintenance Engineer at McDonald's Jordan and Awar Industrial FoodService & Laundry Equipment Co., where expertise in kitchen equipment maintenance and installation was developed. Firas also worked as a Maintenance Engineer for production lines at Arab Electrical Industries and as a Sales Engineer for Caterpillar diesel generators at Al-Bahar. Firas holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Al-Balqa Applied University, completed between 2003 and 2008.
