Hans Everse

Hans Everse is a seasoned culinary expert and prominent figure in the food and hospitality industry, currently serving as a culinary expert at FoodHorecaVisie since July 2023 and holding the position of adviser, coach, and kitchen leader at Cederhof. Everse has been involved with the Gastronomisch Gilde since March 2009, contributing in various leadership roles including president, vice president, chairman, and board chairman, fostering a significant increase in membership and engagement among young professionals. As a co-founder of Boerenzorg and the founding father of Dutch Cuisine, Everse has shown a commitment to sustainable culinary practices. Additionally, Everse is the founder of Zilt-E Ziltzaam Lekker, which focuses on salt reduction through innovative methods.
