Patrick C. Daniel has extensive experience in human resources, spanning over three decades. Patrick currently holds the position of Chief Human Resources Officer - General Aviation Terminal and Skycafe' at GAT Airline Ground Support since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources/Chief Human Resources Officer at Bonnell Aluminum from April 2011 to January 2023. Before that, Patrick worked at The Coca-Cola Company as a Senior Director, providing human resources support to various departments and overseeing philanthropic initiatives from September 1997 to March 2011. Patrick also held positions as Regional Human Resources Director at The Pepsico Company - Pizza Hut Restaurant Division from May 1995 to September 1997, Human Resources Manager at Kraft Foods from April 1994 to May 1995, and Human Resources Representative at Celanese from May 1991 to March 1994.
Patrick C. Daniel's education history includes obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Clark Atlanta University in 1989. Patrick then went on to complete a Masters of Public Administration with a specialization in Human Resources Management from the same institution in 1991. In 1999, they earned a certification in Building Business Acumen from DePaul Driehaus College of Business. Most recently, in 2019, they participated in a program called "Leading Through Financial Excellence" at MIT Sloan School of Management, focusing on Accounting and Finance. In addition to their formal education, they also hold additional certifications such as an American Sign Language Endorsement from Dekalb Community College and a certification in Targeted Selection - Behavioral Interview from Development Dimensions International.
