Chris Ridge has over 25 years of experience in technical support management and operational excellence. Currently serving as Director NPI and Technical Support at Gatan Inc. since December 2012, Chris has previously held leadership roles at BD Biosciences as Service Sustaining Support Manager, where responsibilities included managing a global team of technical support engineers, and at KLA-Tencor as Sr. Technical Support Manager, overseeing a team providing 24x7 support for semiconductor equipment. Chris's early career included significant experience with the US Navy in the Naval Nuclear Power program, focusing on staff training and operations. Chris holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from The New School.
