Alice Cain-Moore is an experienced professional in the travel and hospitality industry, currently serving as the Customer Relations Manager at Gate 1 Travel since November 2021. Prior to this, Alice held various leadership positions at MSC Cruises, where as Groups Department Director managed a team of 18, and at Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. as Senior Director of Guest Relations and Support Services, overseeing 160 staff across multiple departments. Alice's career at Norwegian Cruise Line began in 1995, eventually leading to roles including Director of Guest Relations and Manager of Guest Relations, where skills in employee mentorship and data analysis were utilized to enhance guest experiences. Alice holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Barry University and is currently pursuing further education at Florida International University through the Leadership Academy.
