Jim X Zheng

Jim X Zheng currently serves as the VP of Nonclinical Development at Gate Bioscience since September 2024. Prior to this role, Jim X Zheng held positions at Neuron23, including Executive Director and Senior Director from August 2021 to September 2024. Jim X Zheng's extensive experience at Gilead Sciences spanned from January 2003 to August 2021, where roles included Principal Scientist I and DMPK lead for lenacapavir (Sunlenca) discovery and development, among others. Jim X Zheng earned a Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry from Purdue University (1998 - 2002) and a B.S. in Chemistry from Peking University (1986 - 1990).
