Bruce Bartscher

Bruce Bartscher currently serves as Vice President of Operations at GATE PRECAST COMPANY, a position held since November 2018. Prior to this role, Bruce Bartscher has been involved with Gate Precast since June 2009, taking on responsibilities as Plant Manager and Project Manager.
