Karin Rudd has extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Checking and Customer Engagement at Gate City Bank since November 2007. In this role, Karin Rudd manages retail sales training, data analysis for retail checking, and oversees the bank's customer obsession program. Additionally, Karin Rudd has held the position of Executive Vice President for Digital, Deposits, and Checking, coordinating projects for the Executive Management Department and assisting the Chairman/President. Earlier experience includes serving as Executive Management Secretary and Customer Service Representative. Karin Rudd also has a background in the arts, having directed Red River Dance from September 2010 to April 2014. Karin Rudd earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Writing from Concordia College between 1995 and 2000.
