Jacob Sailors

Jacob Sailors has a diverse work experience in various roles within the energy and construction industry. Jacob started their career in 2003 as a Diver/Welder at Oceaneering, where they eventually became a Dive Supervisor responsible for customer relations and job site management.

In 2014, Jacob joined The Kane Kompany as a Company Representative and Offshore Client Worksite Representative for subsea projects involving diving and ROV work. Jacob supervised contractors, managed projects, and ensured clear communication between all parties involved.

From 2015 to 2018, Jacob worked at GATE Energy as an Offshore Client Representative, Onsite Construction Manager, and Onsite Diving Representative. Jacob oversaw Chevron's FPSO Frade bilge keel repair project, collaborating with onshore project team leads, supervising diving operations, and ensuring project deliverables met quality standards.

In 2019, Jacob held positions at Project Consulting Services and Power Performance, Inc. as an Offshore Construction Manager. Jacob managed offshore projects for Enbridge Energy, implemented risk mitigation strategies, updated project schedules, and tracked cost, quality, and risk.

Most recently, Jacob joined Chevron in 2022 as a Facility Site Representative.

Jacob Sailors earned a Commercial Diver/NDT License from The Ocean Corporation in 2003 and a Diploma in General Studies from James Bowie High in 2000.
