Lincoln Welch

Lincoln Welch has a diverse work experience in the engineering and energy sectors. Lincoln started their career as an Engineering Intern at Numerical Precision, Inc. in 2013. In 2014, they joined GATE Energy | Fit-For-Purpose Engineering & Services as an Engineering Intern. Lincoln then advanced to various roles at GATE Energy, including Engineering Consultant from January 2015 to August 2019, and later as Business Group Manager - Commissioning from August 2019 to February 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President - Commissioning at GATE Energy, starting in February 2022.

Lincoln Welch has a substantial education history. In 2009 to 2014, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University. In March 2015, they received the Engineer-In-Training certification from the Texas Board of Professional Engineers. Lincoln further expanded their expertise by attending Harvard Business School Executive Education in 2019, specializing in Negotiation and Leadership. In 2022, Lincoln pursued further executive education at Harvard Business School, focusing on Driving Corporate Performance.
