Jimmy Board is the Senior Director of Capital Markets at Gated Rentals GP, LLC, where Jimmy develops, owns, and operates rental home communities for working class families in Texas. Jimmy is also the Founder/Managing Member of JAB Corp Consulting, LLC and previously served as the Senior Director of Finance at Wan Bridge Group. With a background in managing director roles at companies like Colliers and Jones Lang LaSalle, Jimmy has extensive experience in helping clients achieve investment and asset management goals. Prior to this, Jimmy worked as a Vice President at CBRE Melody and as a Financial Analyst at Accenture. Jimmy holds a Bachelor of Science degree with majors in Finance and Marketing from Marist College.
