Dr. Jim Kanichirayil serves as the VP of Growth and Product Evangelist at EngageRocket and is a Product Ambassador at Yardstick, contributing to both organizations since June and July 2023, respectively. Additionally, Dr. Kanichirayil holds advisory and board member roles at Mattingly Solutions and is a co-founder and co-host of both Cascading Leadership and Talent Strategy 60, initiatives focused on diversity and leadership development.
