Carlos Mateos Garcia

Carlos Mateos Garcia is an experienced professional in the food solutions sector with a strong background in commercial and operational management. Currently serving as the Process Owner Food Solutions at gategroup since January 2018, Carlos has successfully managed key accounts for Air Europa and IBERIA. Prior to this role, Carlos worked at Gate Gourmet from April 2011 to January 2018, where responsibilities included overseeing the IBERIA account and serving as a Catering Supervisor, managing catering preparation and logistics for aircraft and high-speed trains. Carlos also has extensive training experience, having worked as a Professional Trainer at IMF Business School from January 1998 to June 2013. Educationally, Carlos holds a degree in Biological Sciences from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, obtained between 1984 and 1989.
