Erica Henderson

Erica Henderson is an accomplished recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and program management. Currently serving as the Frontline Recruitment Manager at gategroup since August 2025, Erica previously held the role of Recruiter at Search for Common Ground from November 2016 to July 2025. Prior experience includes serving as Program Manager at GAMA International, where valuable contributions included planning and managing professional development programs, launching the GAMACast e-learning initiative, and publishing an original book on online recruiting. Additionally, Erica worked at General Dynamics Information Technology, climbing from Associate Recruiter to Recruiter, where efforts led to a significant increase in applications for the National Language Service Corps program. Erica holds a degree in Criminal Justice from Howard University.
