Neal Foster

Founder, Chief Product and Business Officer at Gatehouse Bio

Neal Foster has held various positions in the technology industry since 1998. Neal began at Motorola Corporation, where they held roles in Product Management and Software Engineering Manager. In 2007, they were promoted to Director of Product Development and founded the Android Devices Business. In 2010, they moved to Dell Computers as Executive Director and General Manager of Enterprise Mobility Solutions. In 2016, they were hired by VMware as Vice President of Product Management. In 2017, they joined Comcast as Vice President of Product Management, where they expanded the Internet portfolio to include smart-home automation. In 2019, they became a Community Engagement Fellow at Chestnut Street Ventures. Currently, they are the Founder, Chief Product and Business Officer at Gatehouse Bio, where they are responsible for executing the platform roadmap, ecosystem development, and all commercial engagements.

Neal Foster obtained their Bachelor of Science in Computer and Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University between 1994 and 1998. Neal then went on to pursue their MBA from The Wharton School between 2008 and 2010, with a focus on general management and entrepreneurial marketing. Currently, they are enrolled at Harvard Medical School, where they are studying pharmacology, immunology, genetics, and sequencing technologies, and is expected to graduate in 2023.
