Kelsey Chin

Kelsey Chin, CPA, CGA has extensive experience as a Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary in various companies. Kelsey began their career in 2013 as the CFO and Corporate Secretary of Clean Air Metals Inc. In the same year, they also took on the role at Gatekeeper Systems Inc. This company specializes in high-resolution video security and safety systems. In 2016, Kelsey joined Canadian Palladium Resources Inc. as the CFO and Corporate Secretary. Kelsey also held the position of CFO at Intrepid Financial, a private equity company focused on natural resources, technology, and agriculture. Other roles they have held include CFO and Corporate Secretary at Moovly, General Gold Resources Inc., and US Cobalt Inc. Additionally, they served as Corporate Secretary at Versus Systems. Kelsey's experience also includes a leadership role as the President and CEO of KMC Capital Corp. Furthermore, they served as the CFO and Corporate Secretary at Imagination Park Entertainment from 2016 to 2017.
