Michael Fettis

Michael Fettis has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Michael started their career as an art intern at Midway Games in 2005 before transitioning into the tech industry. From 2005 to 2011, they worked as an application developer at Allstate, initially in production support and later as a web developer.

In 2011, Michael joined Cars.com as a senior web engineer, where they contributed to the development and reliability of the site. Michael also served as a senior application developer and site reliability engineer during their tenure.

In 2017, Michael moved to Uptake, where they held roles as a system engineer and senior core engineer. Michael contributed to core engineering projects and system maintenance during this time.

In 2018, Michael joined Allstate again, this time as a senior Splunk engineer specializing in data analysis and as a senior cloud security engineer. Michael worked on cloud security and data monitoring initiatives until 2020.

In the same year, Michael transitioned to Guaranteed Rate as a dev ops engineer before taking on the role of lead DevOps engineer at gateless, inc. in the same year. Michael'sexpertise in DevOps engineering was crucial in driving successful deployments and ensuring the smooth operation of systems.

From 2001 to 2005, Michael Fettis attended DePaul University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science Graphics and Animation. Michael also pursued professional extending education in Computer Science during the same period.
