Victoria Garrad

Victoria is an award winning employment lawyer. She trained with Gateley and developed her career and became a partner in 2004 whilst on maternity leave with her first child. She had two more children and worked part time whilst the children were young, balancing her role as a client facing partner in the employment team with raising young children.

After many years as a partner in the employment team, Victoria moved into a management role for the Group. She is now a member of the national Operations Board and sits on the Gateley Group’s Strategic Board. As Group HR Director she has overall responsibility for HR and Learning & Development across the Gateley Group.
