Ross Highfield is an experienced research professional specializing in the education sector. Currently serving as the Research Lead for Education at GatenbySanderson since March 2020, Ross manages the research function and leads executive searches for higher education, further education, and schools. Previously, Ross held various positions at Henley Research International Ltd, including Associate Director and Associate Director - Executive Search, where responsibilities included project management, team management, and business development across the UK and mainland Europe. Ross also has teaching experience in modern foreign languages and a solid academic background, holding a Bachelor of Arts in French and Italian from the University of Bristol and a Master of Arts in Modern European Cultures from the University of Birmingham, complemented by immersive study placements in Italy and France.
