Elizabeth Dolski Schnell has a diverse work history spanning over 20 years. Elizabeth began their career as a Copyeditor at Book-of-the-Month Club in 1998 and later worked as a Legal/Licensing Coordinator at Bally Total Fitness Corp. from 2002 to 2004. From 2005 to 2007, Elizabeth served as an Assistant Managing Editor at CRN Magazine / CMP Media. Elizabeth then joined Senior Lending Network in 2007, where they worked as a Copy Writer until 2010. Elizabeth then transitioned to The Bonadio Group, where they became a Proposal & Business Writer from 2010 to 2010. In 2011, they briefly worked as a Marketing Specialist at LeChase Construction. Currently, Elizabeth holds the position of Special Education Teacher at Gates Chili Central School district, a role they have held since 2013.
Elizabeth Dolski Schnell completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English from SUNY New Paltz in 1998. Elizabeth then pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in Secondary English & Special Education from SUNY Brockport between the years 2011 and 2013.

The Gates Chili Central School District (GCCSD) serves most of the Town of Gates and a large portion of the Town of Chili. Gates Chili has six schools: four elementary (UPK-5); one middle school (6-8); and one high school (9-12) and covers a 26-square-mile area in a community situated between Lake Ontario and the Finger Lakes. As a diverse community next to the City of Rochester, the state’s third-largest city, Gates Chili offers easy access to a variety of sporting events, cultural events, and several colleges and universities.
