Iva Petrosino has a wide range of work experience in communications and media. In 2019, they served as the Director of Communications for the Gates Chili Central School District, where they led internal and external communication efforts and maintained the district's website and social media presence. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2019, they worked as a Communications Specialist for Monroe 2-Orleans BOCES, where they curated content for various media platforms, led crisis communications efforts, and advised on social media best practices. Before that, they worked as a News Producer for 13WHAM ABC and as a Morning News Producer and Fill-In Assignment Editor for WWBT/NBC12 Raycom Media. Iva also has experience in reporting and producing for VCU InSight and contributing writing for The Commonwealth Times.
