Julie Stark has extensive work experience in the education field. Julie began their career as a Teacher at the Gates Chili Central School District in 1996 and worked in that role until 2012. During that time, they gained valuable experience in classroom instruction. In 2012, Julie joined Wayne Finger Lakes BOCES as the Coordinator of Accountability, where they oversaw various educational programs. After two years, they transitioned to CP Rochester as the Director of Integrated Services for Children, where they managed services for children with special needs. In 2015, Julie returned to the Gates Chili Central School District as the Coordinator of the Committee on Special Education, where they are responsible for coordinating services and support for students with special needs.
Julie Stark earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Political Science and Government from Syracuse University, where they attended from 1986 to 1990. Julie then pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Education from Nazareth College between 1992 and 1995. Later, in 2010 to 2011, they obtained another Master of Science (M.S.) degree, this time in Educational Leadership, from St. John Fisher College.
