Colby Florea has over a decade of experience in sales leadership within the automotive industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales for US & Canada Automotive Replacement at Gates Corporation since March 2012, Colby has held multiple roles at the company, including Vice President of Sales for US Automotive Replacement and Senior Director of National Sales. Prior to Gates Corporation, Colby worked at EZ Lube, LLC as Director of Fleet Sales and at Advance Auto Parts as Commercial Sales Manager. Colby also held the position of Regional Director of Operations at CARQUEST. Colby holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of San Diego, and has further education in Leadership 2.0 from Northwood University.
