Espi Sugay

Espi Sugay currently serves as the HR Business Partner for Australia and New Zealand at Gates Corporation, responsible for the HR agenda in that region since February 2021. Prior experience includes roles as an HR Advisor at IntoWork Australia, where responsibilities spanned industrial relations and talent management across multiple entities, and as an HR Manager at Metalsa, overseeing HR functions for diverse manufacturing sites. Espi has held various HR positions at Motorola Solutions, contributing to organizational development in multiple capacities, including country HR in the Philippines. Additional roles include Employee Relations Manager at eTelecare Global Solutions and HR & Organizational Development Specialist at Bayan Telecommunications. Espi holds an Executive Education degree in Human Resource Management and Analytics from The Wharton School, a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations from the University of the Philippines, and various other relevant qualifications.
