Gwen Montgomery

Gwen Montgomery has served as Senior Vice President— Global Human Resources since June 2021 and previously served as Vice President —Corporate HR & Total Rewards. As Senior VP of Human Resources, Ms. Montgomery works to build and enhance the Gates human resources function globally. She oversees talent management, recruiting, compensation, benefits, labor relations, maintaining a healthy workforce, and talent development. Prior to Gates, Ms. Montgomery worked for PolyOne in Cleveland, where she held several human resource roles of progressing responsibility across a complex, global corporation. Her additional prior experience includes consulting with Deloitte Tax and as a practicing lawyer. She received her BA in Psychology from Baldwin-Wallace College, a JD from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, and a LL.M in Tax from Case Western Reserve University Law School.
