James Henley

James Henley has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies.

James started their career in 1993 as a Quality Engineer at Eveready Battery Company, where they worked until 1995.

Following that, they joined Olin Corporation / Primex Technologies as an Analytical Lab Supervisor / Sr. Quality Engineer.

In 2000, they moved on to Air Products / Ashland as a Division Quality Manager.

James then joined Newell Brands in 2004 as a Global Supplier Quality Manager for Rubbermaid Home Products.

In 2006, they joined Eaton Corporation / Cooper Industries as the Sr. Vice President of Corporate Quality and held that position until 2015.

Since 2015, they have been working at Gates Corporation as the Sr. Vice President of Quality.

James Henley earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from The University of Kansas between 1989 and 1993. James also holds a certification as a Certified Quality Engineer (6-Sigma Black Belt Body Of Knowledge) from the American Society for Quality (ASQ).
