Sachin Goel

Sachin Goel is an accomplished professional with over 19 years of experience in business excellence, operational efficiency, and quality management. Currently, Sachin serves as the Head of the Foundry Business at Ashok Leyland, where responsibilities include business transformation and P&L oversight. Previous roles at Ashok Leyland encompass leadership positions focusing on supplier quality, total quality management, and process excellence. Prior to Ashok Leyland, Sachin held managerial roles at Jubilant Organosys Ltd and Dell International Services, among others. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Operations & Strategy from the Management Development Institute, a Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma from the Indian Statistical Institute, and Supply Chain Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Sachin is also a certified Black Belt and Certified Manager for Quality & Operational Excellence from the American Society for Quality.
