Gateway Academy is Arizona's school for bright, neurodivergent (twice-exceptional) students in grades 6–12! Founded in 2005, we're in Phoenix at the base of the Phoenix Mountain Preserve.

We pair real academic acceleration with support built into every day. Students choose from four diploma pathways, including AP and ASU dual-enrollment, in small classes of 12–14, so every kid is truly known. Counseling, executive-function coaching, and social skills are part of the daily experience.

And the outcomes speak for themselves: 100% of students in grades 8–12 earn college credit, and every graduate moves on to college or university! We're proud to be accredited by WASC and Cognia, Arizona DOE approved, and a NASET School of Excellence.

Most families qualify through an autism diagnosis or a current IEP, and the Arizona ESA typically covers tuition, so Gateway is free for most families!

This is where bright, neurodivergent kids finally feel at home. Come be part of it! Home of the Warriors! Seeking Balance!
