Miranda Horne has held various roles in their work experience. Miranda started their career in 2005 as an Assistant Manager/Tax Preparer at Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc., where they worked until 2015. In 2014, they joined Gateway Community Service Board as an Outpatient Practice Manager and later took on roles as a Billing Manager and Revenue Cycle Manager. Miranda has been with Gateway Community Service Board since 2014, and their most recent role is as Revenue Cycle Manager, which they started in March 2020.

Miranda Horne obtained their Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Psychology from the University of Phoenix from 2014 to 2016. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the same university, completing it from 2017 to 2019. In addition to their academic qualifications, Miranda Horne also obtained a CPR certification from the American Red Cross in January 2014.
