Sebastian Nishimoto

Sebastian Nishimoto has extensive experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and project finance. Sebastian has worked at companies such as Gateway Casinos and Entertainment Limited, Parkland Corporation, and TransLink, where Sebastian held various legal counsel and privacy officer positions. Sebastian has also worked as an associate at McCarthy Tétrault and gained experience in patent assessment and commercial contracts at Moffitt Cancer Center. Sebastian holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Health Sciences (Hons) from the University of Calgary.
