Tracey Riccardi

Tracey Riccardi has over 25 years of experience in various roles within the field of human resources. Tracey began their career at Caesars Windsor, where they held positions such as Payroll Supervisor and Manager of Compensation & Benefits. At Green Shield Canada, they served as the Client Services Manager for South Western Ontario and Western Regions, leading a team and prioritizing client satisfaction. Tracey then moved on to Thompsons Limited, where they briefly worked as the Manager of Human Resources, partnering with senior managers to achieve organizational goals. Tracey later joined St. Clair College as an Instructor.
