Charley Kilmain

Charley Kilmain is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both pastoral leadership and aerospace engineering. Currently serving as the Men’s Pastor at Gateway Church - NRH Campus since May 2022, Charley previously held several significant engineering roles at Bell Flight from August 2015 to May 2022, including Manager of Mechanical Systems for the H1 Program and Repair Strategy Lead. Prior to that, from July 1985 to 2015, Charley worked at Bell Helicopter, progressing through various engineering and leadership positions, culminating in roles such as Director of Production Engineering and Director of Engineering Mechanical Systems. Charley holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland, earned between 1980 and 1985.
