Tonya Jackson has a background working with a non-profit organization in a senior ministry relations coordinator/project manager role for over a decade before transitioning to be a guest experience pastor at Gateway Church. With a BA in Theology, Tonya is skilled in developing strategies to build relationships with partner organizations and has strengths in activation, communication, positivity, relationship building, and winning others over.
