Jake Stanford

Jake Stanford has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jake is currently working as a First Year Experience Professor at Estrella Mountain Community College, where they focus on student success through exploration of academic, career, and life skills. In 2021, they served as the Program Director for Accounting & Business Programs at Gateway Community College. Prior to that, they were an Adjunct Professor of Psychology at Arizona Christian University, teaching courses on health psychology and abnormal psychology. Jake also worked as the Director of Faculty Policy and Reporting at the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Tucson in 2019-2020. Before transitioning to the academic field, Jake worked as an Assistant Professor of Business at Waldorf University and as an Adjunct Instructor at Eastern Iowa Community College. Jake gained project management experience as an e-Commerce Implementation Specialist at The HON Company and worked as a Human Resource Manager at Letica Corporation.
